🌿 Product Description
Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium Erinaceus)
Known as "delicacy in the mountain," Lion's Mane is one of the four famous dishes in ancient Chinese cooking culture, alongside shark's fin, bear's paw, and bird's nest.

Lion's mane is a large-scale succulent bacterium found in deep, old forests. It typically grows on broad-leaved trunk sections or tree holes. In its youth, it is white, maturing into a hairy yellowish-brown color. Its unique shape, resembling a monkey's head, gives it its popular name.

This mushroom boasts a high nutrient profile, containing approximately 26.3 grams of protein per 100 grams of dried product—double that of normal mushrooms. It includes 17 kinds of amino acids, including eight essential for the human body. With only 4.2 grams of fat per gram, it is a premier high-protein, low-fat functional food, rich in various vitamins and inorganic salts.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the product a mushroom powder or an extract?
We supply both mushroom powder and concentrated extract, using only the fruit body. A hot water extract is used to make the compounds more bioavailable compared to raw powder.
2. Is the product certified organic?
Yes, the products are grown under organic conditions and processed in Organic GMP workshops. We can provide COA with Organic certification (USDA/NOP/JAS) for each species.
3. What does it taste like and what is the recommended dosage?
It has a mild mushroom scent with a slight bitterness. We suggest a dosage of approximately 1g per day. It dissolves instantly in hot water and blends well with coffee, tea, or smoothies.
4. How should I store the mushroom extract?
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ensuring the package is well sealed. Refrigeration is also acceptable if the seal remains tight.
5. What is the shelf life of the product?
The expiration date is 2 years from the date of production, as indicated on the packaging. We ensure fresh batches are provided for all orders.
6. Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, samples of a few grams are available for testing and tasting. Please inquire through our standard trade channels to arrange a sample shipment.
